Keys of Influence







	In the home of the great bald Eagle,

	Americans have begun to shout.

	When they opened up their newsprint 

	seeing the faces of crying hungry children

	lying in foreign streets.



	America! Its citizens' minds wish 

	their minds could be as solemn as the Eagle.

	An Eagle who can spread out its wings 

	to the width of the wind, 

	which can reach out against the moon,

	and watch over the world.



	A light begins to dim in these third-world

	people's minds and their hope begins to disminish.

	Their leaders not responding 

	to their pleas of these poor followers,

	closing their minds like doors,

	shut and locked

	their Justice system has no ways to aid the needy. 



	American leaders time has come,

	to step in and take out action.

	For something special may happen,

	when pressure from America's strong arm of influence

	breaks foreign leaders' mind's locks, 

	with its bare knuckled hands.



	But, before long,

	in countries big and countries small,

	corruption could again reshackle these locks.

	Under heavy locks from a celled prison

	their influence fro America greatly disappears.



	For in these foreign people's minds,

	corruption has taken their only sunny sheet of aiding light,

	and has caught their hope in a net,

	little by little, till it twinkles,

	and ends.....
